Adding Users on GTIN.cloud

GTIN.cloud Benefit: Multiple Users

We highly recommend that more than 1 user create an account on the GTIN.cloud platform. A large percentage of UPC problems arise when there is a lack of knowledge transfer when it comes to UPC/GTIN assignments. There is NO ADDITIONAL charge for multiple users.

After logging into GTIN.cloud, click on the "Users" button on the left menu.

Once you've clicked on the 'Users' button, you'll see the below screen. Please click on the 'Add User' orange button.

Once this is selected, the pop up below will appear.

All fields, not including the extension, are required. The user role options would be either editor (if this person would need to add/edit GTINs) or viewer (if the person only access to view the GTIN assignments and download the UPC barcode files). Once the fields are filled in, click on the blue 'Add User' button. The system will send an email to this user so they can set up their own log in for the GTIN.cloud site.
